Buyer’s bank balance has been deducted but MOLPay status is failed?

This is one of the defer update case. Bank system or network might have intermittent issue and did not send notification to MOLPay.

Some channels like FPX will reverse the transaction but some channels (most direct internet bankings) will display the transaction in daily report. Merchant shall wait for MOLPay to update the status or to decide an SOP with MOLPay for cases like this.
